DVDS AND SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
International shipping and handling for DVDs being shipped outside the US is:
$8 for the first DVD and $4 for each additional DVD.
The maximum shipping and handling charge is $32
No matter how many DVDs you have ordered.
Rockin-Roxanne will ship all DVDs in separate packages. This means if you buy for example 5 DVDs, you will receive 5 separate packages from us rather than 5 DVDs in one package.
This means even though all of your DVDs shipped on the same day, they could arrive to you on different days. We do this because we can avoid standing in long Postal Retail Lines as Single DVD Shipments
do not requrie we fill out a customs Declaration (Which are now more complicated than ever). This saves us time and gets your order in the mail much faster than if we have to wait until a day there is a short postal line.

Why are you shipping DVDs in separate packages?
We began this policy in 2016 to avoid the United States Postal requirement of filling out customs declarations and having to wait in long lines at a retail postal window to mail packages which is required when we ship 2 or more DVDs. This will now speed up the shipping of international DVD orders and most orders should ship either on the same day or within 24 hours after a payment is received.
Is there ever a case when you will ship all of my DVDs together?
Yes, when you order 20 or more DVDs we will then ship via International Priority Mail in a single package.
What happens if one or more of my packages do not arrive?
Our policy is replace any internationally shipped DVD if it does not arrive after 30 days after shipment.
If you have not received a DVD 30 days after it was shipped please let us know and we will be happy to replace it for you.
HOW OUR DOWNLOADS WORK
IMMEDIATE DOWNLOADING IS NOT AVAILABLE
Please be advised that if you are considering ordering any item via download that with
over 3600 items on our website we cannot keep them all online due to bandwidth issues.
This means we do not have the ability to offer IMMEDIATE downloads.
Each order is individually uploaded and delivered via an email link to the email provided by you or by PayPal.
We do our best to complete your order on the same day received, but with different time zones this is sometimes not possible.
We fill orders in the order received, so please note that depending on the amount of
downloads ordered by you and other customers at any given time, orders can take as much as 2 BUSINESS days.
Please also note that we usually do not upload on weekends.
Once your link is emailed to you, the download(s) will be available for download for 48 hours.
If you need more time to complete the download(s) please contact us PRIOR to the end of the 48 hours
otherwise your downloads will purge from our system.
If you have not received an email with your link within 24 hours please Email me.
Please try not to wait days or weeks to email me as your link will have purged.
