3. You understand and agree that Rockin-Roxanne does not offer refunds for any reason other than shipping refunds on download purchases using PayPal

4. You agree and understand that Because we do not ofer refunds, if you order a duplicate item in error, we will allow you to exchange that item for another item from our regular inventory.

5. You agree and understand that any video purchased from rockin-roxanne.com is for your personal use only and cannot be shared or uploaded to any file sharing service or any other medium. Original DVDs can be resold
on sites such as Ebay, but selling multiple copies is prohibited. If we discover such activity you will be banned for life from making any further purchases on our website and agree to a charge of $100 for each and every video shared in violation of these terms as well as to any and all costs associated in collecting these fees in addition to any court or attorney fees..
